Delete your Astrix data

Account deletion does not cancel a recurring purchase. Open More → Account & Data → Manage subscription and cancel first. Astrix waits until recurring paid access has ended before deleting the account. If you need deletion sooner, contact support so we can verify the request and terminate the recurring access safely. A non-renewing 24-hour pass does not block deletion.

Open More → Account & Data, review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm. This removes the authentication account and associated Astrix cloud records. Some purchase, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may be retained where required by law.

Use your browser's site-data controls to remove on-device readings and preferences stored for astrixtheapp.com. This does not delete a verified cloud account; use Account & Data for that.
