Email support@astrixtheapp.com. Include the browser and device you use, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive journal text.

Use the returning-user sign-in page and open the latest link from your email. The same secure email flow creates a verified account for a new address or signs in an existing account.

Open More → Account & Data and choose Manage subscription to reach Whop's billing portal. Your Whop receipt and Profile → Orders page also contain purchase information. Deleting your Astrix account does not cancel recurring billing. Cancel first, then delete after recurring access ends, or email support so we can verify the request and terminate recurring access sooner.

Open More → Account & Data, review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm. This removes the cloud account and associated Astrix records. You can clear this site's browser data separately if local data remains.

Check the spelling of the full name and the birth date. Moon, Rising, and house placements also depend on accurate birth time, birthplace, and historical timezone. Astrology and numerology interpretations remain reflective rather than factual predictions.
