Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Tabely DGA SRL, Romania (“Tabely,” “we,” or “us”) when you access or use Astrix.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Astrix. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, activity under your account, and maintaining access to your recovery email.

You may use Astrix only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the service, evade usage limits, automate abusive requests, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape protected content, or use the service to harm another person.

Astrology, numerology, tarot, compatibility, and AI-generated interpretations are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not factual predictions and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice. Do not use Astrix as the sole basis for an important decision or in an emergency.

Astrix does not create anonymous authentication accounts. You may explore locally without signing in; cloud sync, purchases, and account-only features require a verified email account. Keep links and account access secure and notify us if you believe the account has been compromised.

Prices, billing periods, included allowances, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. A 24-hour pass is a non-renewing purchase. Hosted checkout, payment processing, and subscription management are provided by Whop under the terms shown at checkout.

You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period. Refunds are handled according to the checkout terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Deleting Astrix data does not itself cancel a subscription, so self-service account deletion waits until recurring access ends. Contact support if you need us to terminate recurring access sooner.

Ask Astrix may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected output. Usage allowances, model availability, and feature limits may change as the service evolves. Attempts to bypass limits or use automated access may result in restriction or suspension.

Astrix, its design, software, artwork, copy, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in journal notes and other original content you submit, and give us permission to process that content only as needed to operate the service.

We work to keep Astrix available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, including when a third-party provider changes its service. We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrix is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Astrix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on a reading or inability to access the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law may hear disputes.
